Abortion Resources in Arkansas

Following the SCOTUS decision to overturn Roe v. Wade on June 24th, Attorney General Leslie Rutledge certified Act 180, which Governor Asa Hutchinson signed into law in 2019. This banned all abortions in Arkansas, except those saving the life of a pregnant person in a medical emergency. With this complete ban in place, Arkansans have no in-state access to safe abortions. Resources are available to provide support and guidance to people seeking abortion support.
