Breeley Moll

Breeley is a freshman at Baylor University pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Political Science. She is passionate about leadership, advocacy, and empowering young women to speak out within their communities. 

 

A longtime member of LOUDwomen and former Co-Director of Ambassadors, she now serves as CEO, where she is focused on cultivating an inclusive environment that encourages confidence, connection, and meaningful change. 

 

Outside of LOUDwomen, she enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her family!

Nora Medlock
She/Her
Executive Co-Director of Ambassadors
University of Tulsa

Nora is a freshman at the Universtity of Tulsa, studying Exercise Science and Spanish on a pre-Physical Therapy track. Beyond class, Nora is an Athletic Trainer for Tulsa’s Football and Basketball teams, and enjoys reading, watching anime and movies, ceramics, and traveling. She has been pescatarian for 6 years now, and loves advocating for plant based diets and healthy lifestyles.

 

Nora began her LOUDwomen journey as an ambassador in 2024, and took on the role of Executive Co-Director of Ambassadors in 2025. She is thrilled for her second year in this position!

Vashtianna Barajas
She/Her
Executive Co-Director of Ambassadors
NSU University School

Vashtianna is a rising junior at NSU University School and aspires to foster inclusivity and increased representation across different communities. Being that she takes a profound interest in advocacy, she hopes to expand LOUDwomen's core values and mission to be applied in the daily lives of those around her. Vashtianna recognizes the importance of activism and will channel that same passion into her work at LOUDwomen. 
Outside of LOUDwomen, Vashtianna has worked to promote progress by empowering others through speech and debate and acting as an ambassador for her school. Through her role in this organization, she will continue to advocate against restrictive policies and encourage positivity.

Sanjana Boddupalli

Executive Co-Director of Communications
Bentonville High School

Sanjana is a rising sophomore at Bentonville High School with an interest in medicine, and aspires to become a pediatric oncologist in the future. She has a passion in STEM, and is actively involved in her school's HOSA chapter, and serves as the Director of Outreach in her Science Olympiad chapter. This is her second year in LOUDwomen, and she is excited for the opportunity to serve on the executive team and further support the organization's mission of empowering women through leadership, advocacy, and service. She's inspired by LOUDwomen's commitment to the community and hopes to also make a meaningful impact. She can't wait to serve LOUDwomen this year!

Executive Directors of Advocacy

Adithi Sabari Prasad

Executive Co-Director of Advocacy
Bentonville High School

Adithi is a rising senior at Bentonville High School with a passion for leadership, equity and service. With her longstanding passion for STEM, she hopes to pursue a career in medicine while exploring her passion in humanities, specifically economics. Adithi currently serves as the president for the Bentonville nonprofit STEMinists, where she aims to mend gender disparities within STEM fields while empowering young girls to pursue their career aspirations. Adithi also volunteers as an OR/ER intern and in pediatrics, where she gains firsthand exposure to healthcare while deepening her passion for medicine, serving patients from a wide range of backgrounds. Following her interest in science, she also conducts research in Biochemistry at the University of Arkansas to explore novel protein mechanisms that detect and treat Type-1 Diabetes. 

Beyond her academic and leadership-oriented pursuits, Adithi plays the violin and loves classical music. She also enjoys baking (often with disastrous results), going on various sidequests with her best friends, and trying/ranking different caramel lattes from small coffee shops (Heroes is her #1 at the moment). 

Adithi has been involved with LOUDwomen previously, through her role as the Executive Director of Communications. Through her involvement, she has had the opportunity to contribute to raising awareness on initiatives focused on empowering young women while engaging in conversations surrounding leadership, advocacy, and equity. As she moves forward as Co-Director of Advocacy she is eager to learn from the incredible leaders within LOUDwomen while contributing her own perspective, passion, and dedication to creating a more equitable future.

Emma Morrow
She/Her
Executive Co-Director of Advocacy
Bentonville High School

Emma Morrow is a senior at Bentonville High School. She is passionate about intersectional feminism, public health, and how they can be combined for the good of us all, specifically how public health systems can close the rural health care gap.

 

Eventually, Emma plans on going to medical school to become an orthopedic surgeon and hopes to work for Doctors Without Borders. She is a swimmer for NWAA and writes poetry that explores Southern cultural images in her free time.

Anaya Dike

Bentonville High School

Anaya is a junior at Bentonville High School and a participant in several activities, such as debate, swim, and piano. In her free time, she loves reading, baking (and testing her smoke alarm in the process), going anywhere with a national park or a hike, and spending quality time with her family.

 

She is passionate about fostering positive change in the world and is always open to connecting with others who share her interests.

Aditi is a senior at Bentonville West High School, where she's heavily involved with speech and debate, Mu Alpha Theta, Science Olympiad, and French Club.

 

She's been involved with LOUDwomen for three years, starting out as Director of Youth Debate Forum and now excited to be Director of Finance! When she's not at school or working with LOUDwomen, you can probably find her building an app, reading a sci-fi novel, or attempting to learn a new language.

Savannah Crimmins

Northeastern University London

Savannah is a second year at Northeastern University London, studying Politics and International Relations. She has been with LOUDwomen for four years now, watching as US policy has changed and impacted educational, reproductive, and voting rights. She hopes that through her work with LOUDwomen, she can continue to inspire young women to speak up and advocate for what they believe in. 

 

In her free time, Savannah loves to travel, explore museums, read, and spend time with her cat, Petunia!

Priya was born and raised in Bentonville, Arkansas. She pursued a joint concentration in sociology and computer science at Harvard College before receiving her masters of education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is passionate about creating accessible, equitable educational opportunities and outcomes for students across various disciplines and roles. She is currently loving teaching math at Somerville Public School’s middle school Newcomer Academy.

Rachel Saulsbery

Rachel is a senior at the University of Arkansas, majoring in Childhood Education with a minor in child services. 
 
Rachel has been actively involved with LOUDwomen for several years, previously serving as an Ambassador, a member of the Policy Project, Executive Co-Director of Ambassadors, and Chief Executive Officer. Now serving as a board member, she hopes to continue to create spaces for young women to raise their voices, take action, and lead with confidence and purpose.
After graduating with her masters next year, Rachel plans to become an elementary teacher!
